Frank started the Elohim Academy to give more children the opportunity to get an education. The location was selected because there were not enough school facilities in this village. Now there are around 200 students attending Elohim. Frank used his own money to purchase the land and build the school. If a student's family is unable to afford the school fees, Frank would still allow the student to continue without paying, using his own money and donations to cover the gap.
